Many of my games are unplayable. When I attempt to play them the screen reads "Initializing" and then seconds later kicks me back to the main menu game screen. Any workarounds or fixes out there?

Hi Wilson58 I'm sorry to hear that, can you check if your emulators are installed correctly??
Can u go to **C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\polycade\emulators** and check if the MAME and RETROARCH Folders are in place?
Also, can u confirm which games are not playable?

I'm not a tech guy so I have trouble with this stuff, but I have 123 games on my machine and I would say 60% of them don't work. I just tried a few games and got messages like "There is a known problem with this machine" or something about emulators

This is the message I get for the game "Rampage"

Hi @Wilson58 i think i know the problem, recently we updated the Mame Emulator, and some roms have an incompatibility issue, can you send me an email to saulo@polycade.com so we can schedule a team viewer session to fix it?
