My machine suddenly stopped connecting to the internet yesterday, and I've been unable to fix it. Under network options is says "not connected - no connections available," even though there are several connections available and numerous nearby items that connect with no problem. It's not that the signal is weak--it's not recognizing any connections at all. When i run diagnostics or try to fix the problem it prompts me to plug in an ethernet cable. Basically the machine is acting as though it doesn't have wifi at all. The error messages I get all say that a "local area connection network cable is unplugged" and don't mention the lack of wifi access at all.
I have never taken the arcade off the wall or touched the underlying computer (much less connected it to anything via ethernet cable). I tried googling solutions to the problem but couldn't find anything. The arcade is largely unplayable without an internet connection--especially the Steam games. I need some tech help here--please advise.
Many thanks.
