Games not showing up in library

I just received my sente and none of the games that were supposed to come with it are showing up in the library. Is anyone else having this issue?

I am having same issue and have no idea who to call or search to figure out how to fix this.

Check your email - in my case I got one titled "Your Polycade Games!" with instructions and links for setting them up.

I saw the link and clicked on them with phone and account but they are not showing up in the AGS which I am also logged into the same account.

I am having the same issue with no email about games Should I create a new login or use my existing one?
