New Sente Owner - Missing AGS / Steam Games & Where to download ROM games

I finally recevied my Sente and am trying to get games installed. First, I received download codes for the free pack of games that comes with the unit and clicked on the download links/codes, but nothing is showing up in the library. Further, I downloaded several Steam games, similarly, nothing is showing up in AGS. Lastly, it references ROMs in the AGS, however, I may be misunderstanding what this is. I am trying to find where to download legacy NES, SNES, etc. games but honestly am not sure the best place to find these and install. Any help/guidance from anyone would be appreciated.

Polycade games: did you create an account, redeem the games to your account, and sign into the same account in AGS?
Steam games: I have the same issue; AGS found none of my installed games. As an interim solution you could run Steam in big picture mode.
ROMs: These are binary files from cartridges or arcade motherboards - not something you'll get from Polycade. Look in the emulator community to learn more.

Thanks for the reply. I am quite new to this so trying to educate myself on this. It says it comes with preloaded emulators like NES, SNES. When I go to add “ROM” in the menu and I can see the drop down list but when I go to save, there is no actual file. Is this meant for me to put the games I locate? Is there a good forum for emulators/games that work well with Polycade AGS? Thanks for any help.

I haven't tried this in the Polycade yet, but yes with all emulators you have to find your own roms. If you search for "NES roms" or something like that on Google they're not hard to find. Then you put the files in a rom folder for the emulator.
