I just got 2 Polycade Sente. Both seem to be in good condition EXCEPT - after installing both units as per the instruction manual, one unit the LED strip will not light up despite it showing a Bluetooth connection to the Lotus Lantern app. With the other unit, the joystick and button console is nonresponsive. After going through some troubleshooting online, it does not show that the joysticks are a device in the control panel and, it does not show that it is something that can be added through the windows device manager. Please help. Thank you.
