LED and joysticks not working

I just got 2 Polycade units. Both seem to be in good condition EXCEPT - after installing both units as per the instruction manual, one unit the LED strip will not light up despite it showing a Bluetooth connection to the Lotus Lantern app. The other unit has no problem with the LED lights or display, but the joystick and button console is nonresponsive. After going through some troubleshooting online, it does not show that the joysticks are a device in the control panel and, it does not show that it is something that can be added through the windows device manager. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks

I'm having the same issue with the Lotus app and the strip lights. They worked fine until I downloaded the app. It is connected to the device because I see it flashing if I aggressively turn it on and off, but it won't stay on. My joysticks seem to be working (for the moment),
