Sente no longer shows any games in Library post reinstall of AGS

I was having some issues trying to update my AGS to the latest version (v2.9.0). Eventually I decided to follow the instructions given by the Admin in this thread here --> https://forums.polycade.com/d/147-ags-not-loading/6

Exit Polycade AGS

Delete this folder: C:\Users[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Polycade AGS

Reinstall Polycade AGS: https://polycade.com/pages/download-polycade-ags

After I did that, no games show up in the Library anymore. The games are all in their proper folders as before, and it looks like the startup sequence of AGS is seeing and validating all the games, yet none show up in the Library. No matter how many times I have it scan for games, the Library remains empty.

Is there some kind of config file I should delete so the Library will repopulate? Or what else might someone suggest?

After several days and many reboots, games finally started showing up again in the Library (and more than before). The only thing different I did was reboot the Sente after a Windows update.
