Yes, the ram does the trick. I bought the two 16 pack (32 gb) and plugged one in where the ram stick is now (discarding the one that was in there) and also adding the second 16 in the slot right above it. Made a massive difference in speed. Now I can play SF V at about 60 fps. Or fully 60 if I downgrade the system requirements on SFV just a hair.
