First off - I've been loving this machine! It was delivered on 11/27 and there were no issues with installation or setup.
On 12/23, however, it wouldn't power on. When I unplug and replug, the screen comes on and then goes to power saving mode as it detects no connection.
Looking in the cabinet, I see that one of the green lights on the two power bricks does not light up (https://photos.app.goo.gl/X9SkWqvyBazhY2Ts8). I have tried plugging and replugging both power bricks and even swapped where they plug into the power strip.
Are there other troubleshooting steps I should try? If it is the power brick, can you send me a replacement?
