My retroarch software got corrupt somehow. i used to be able to go in retroarch.exe and config controllers etc. now, the application will launch but doesnt let me click into the different options. when i click on load core, i get the error below. i also get another error when i click on other options. see below.
can i just download retroarch and reinstall it? or is there something else i need to do.
which version do i need to reinstall if ican just do that? how do i get all the cores reloaded that were there?

Browse for a libretro core implementation. Where the browser starts depends on your Core Directory path, if blank, it will start in Root. If core directory is a directory, the menu will use that as top folder. If Core Directory is a full path, it will start in the folder where the file is.
