Adding Roms

Upgraded to the new AGS software and it is not recognizing new ROMs that I've added. I've tried adding through the polycade software itself and by dropping directly into the windows folder. I've restarted multiple times. Thoughts?

What type of ROMs are they (arcade / nes / genesis / etc) ?

We've discovered a bug that causes ROMs to not show up in some cases, despite being in the correct directories. It seems to be mostly affecting N64, but it's possible it's affecting other games. We should have a fix for it very soon, it's possible your issue is related to this.

admin they are NES and SNES. Games from before the beta upgrade still show but when I add new ones they do not load into the interface

admin I’ve been able to add Every NES ROM that I’ve wanted so far by dropping it into the appropriate file except for Dr. Mario.

Interesting. I cannot. They are recognized as a file able to upload and then do not show up on the interface to play. I've also tried manually dropping then in the appropriate folders and that does not work either.

We discovered a bug that affects only ROMs that were never added by a user prior to the beta. In other words, games that had been added by any user prior to the beta showed up properly for all users. Games that were new to the system got miscategorized which caused AGS to not load them. The team is working on getting a fix for this out asap.
