Does anyone have a recommendation for a new controller for the led strip backlight? The one it came with is horrible and they sent me a new one and it also doesn't work properly. Looking for something to replace it on amazon but have yet to find a controller with the same connector that fits in the board. So frustrating.

There's a couple of options here:

Option 1:
This is slightly more complicated, but gives you a wider range of controller options. You'd be looking for an RGB controller that has screw terminals for power & LED connection, like these ones:

To power it, you have two options:

Get a connector that plugs into the Sente mainboard (this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B2D9F3SY). It's possible the LED controller will draw too much power though, in which case you may have side effects like the Sente monitor flickering.
Get a dedicated power supply like the one below. A nuance here is that you'll need two wires to connect the screw terminals from the power supply to the screw terminals of the LED controller.
