N64 Joystick issue and sound

Joystick Issue
Within N64 games, the joystick doesn't move your character. For example, in Mario Kart, it does absolutely nothing within a race. There is no way to steer your kart at all. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Sound
Is sound currently enabled for all games? I have no sound for games, but the computer will play sound from other sources like the browser.

I am also having this issue with N64 games not responding to the the Polycade joystick. Same issue with steam games.

@ncoonce Your sound should be working. What version of AGS are you currently running?

Unfortunately, the directional controls on some N64 games need to be remapped to work with the joystick (The original N64 controller had a DPad and a Joystick whereas the Polycade only has 1 joystick )

Someone else on this thread had a similar issue as well: #40 . Perhaps their instructions will assist you better than the ones we wrote in the first post I linked to.
