Hi folks - my Sente arrived and is lovely, but there is an issue with the screen. When I unboxed it, I noticed that the bottom of the screen wasn't flush with the frame (was bowed in). After starting the unit, the screen is unfortunately marred by a bunch of black lines (similar to what a busted monitor or TV looks like). What's the best way to resolve this? Can Polycade send me another screen with instructions on how to install? I love my machine (backed Kickstarter over a year ago) but this is a bummer. Thanks in advance for the help Polycade team!
