LED on, won't connect to app

I can't find any support docs for the LED being on but not connecting to app. it worked for me briefly on setup, then just stopped showing up on the app, now they are stuck on purple. would love any tips for how to solve this.

Jm3482 Are you using Lotus Lantern? Try wiping the entire cache of the app and reconnecting.

Also, which version of the Mainboard do you have? For me, I had various problems (including the LED lights) with the initial version but they were solved after installing rev2 of the Mainboard.

No instructions on how to clear cache in the manual. also not sure how to tell what version of mainboard I have - just got it so still learning

Jm3482 Assuming on Android, you clear the cache of the app like you would normally for any other Android app.
Go to Settings > Apps > [Your App] > Storage > Clear Cache.

With the Mainboard, you would have to physically look at it to see if it states the rev #.
